Game Description

River Raid Reloaded was released in 2019, the game is a clone of the classic River Raid from Atari 2600. Unlike another clone released around the same time titled "Bridge Strike," the authors opted for classic and simple graphics. Thanks to this approach, the spirit of the original has been preserved, while still feeling very classic.

Gameplay

River Raid Reloaded, just like the original, puts us in the role of a fighter pilot whose task is to destroy enemy supplies. We fly along the river trying to destroy enemy ships, tanks, and above all, bridges that we can crash into. Unlike the old River Raid, here the bridges are divided into individual segments. The fuel mechanism, which we must collect along the way, has also been preserved; an accidental shot into the fuel tank ends with a spectacular explosion. The gameplay is accompanied by very pleasant music.
