Game Description

Medal of Honor: Infiltrator is a title created for the GBA platform, part of the Medal of Honor series, which takes players back to World War II. In this game, the player takes on the role of a soldier who carries out various missions aimed at weakening the enemy forces. It is the sixth installment in the series of Medal of Honor games and the second game in the series for GBA. The game was developed by Netherock Ltd. and published by EA Games in North America in November 2003, and in Europe and Japan in December 2003. Despite being really good, the game is little known.

The action of Medal of Honor: Infiltrator focuses on reconnaissance and infiltration missions, in which the player as a soldier must disrupt enemy operations. These missions include reconnaissance, sabotage, and neutralization of enemy targets, all aimed at weakening the enemy's power.

Game Plot

In the game, the player takes on the role of Corporal Jake Murphy, who must complete five missions to defeat the Axis Powers in some of the most famous battles of World War II. The game includes 15 missions spread across three theaters of war, including 5 missions behind enemy lines.

Gameplay

In Medal of Honor: Infiltrator, the player performs various missions in different locations, such as cities, military bases, or enemy infrastructure. The player uses weapons and tactical skills to accomplish mission objectives, engage in combat with enemies, and perform tactical tasks to achieve operation objectives. During our actions, we can use various weapons, including machine gun turrets, various firearms, grenades. Since part of the missions involves infiltration - we cannot be detected, we can use hand-to-hand combat to eliminate enemies quietly. There are also FPS sections - we shoot from a first-person perspective. One such mission takes place on board an aircraft - then we shoot at enemy aircraft trying to protect the bombers. The hero will also drive a tank during one of the missions.

Upon completing all missions, the player unlocks the Survival Mode, where the goal is to see how long the player can survive, and then attempt to beat their record. Completing the game with additional objectives completed unlocks the "Max GI Mode", where the player must complete each mission without interruption, without turning off the game system.

Trivia

Medal of Honor: Infiltrator supports up to two players using a link cable. It also has an option to connect with the Nintendo GameCube, which connects both the game and the GameCube version of Medal of Honor: Rising Sun using a GameCube - Game Boy Advance link cable, allowing the use of the Game Boy Advance as a map in the game.
