Game Description

One Piece, also known as Shonen Jump's One Piece, is a 2D platform game for the Nintendo GBA console. The game is based on the "One Piece" anime and was developed by Dimps and published by Bandai on September 7, 2005. It is the only "One Piece" game that was released only in the USA, and the first of two that were not released in Japan.

In the game, you play as Monkey D. Luffy and experience adventures on the Grand Line in search of the famous treasure, "One Piece". Use your elastic Gum-Gum abilities to defeat marines and other pirates you encounter along the way.

Similar to the first "One Piece" game, the main game covers the East Blue saga. You control Monkey D. Luffy through platform-style levels, with a one-button combo system. Roronoa Zoro and other crew members can be used as summons, and a total of 15 characters appear in story mode. The game features 12 different bosses, such as Buggy and Smoker. Items from the manga and anime appear in the game, used as treasures to collect, which players can revisit cleared stages to find. Stages also have interactive environmental objects.
