Game Description

Lotus II R.E.C.S. is a continuation of the popular "Lotus" racing game series. The most important change that sets Lotus II RECS apart from its predecessor is the introduction of RECS (Race Environment Construction Set). RECS is a random track creator for Lotus II and is the main feature of the game. This is another conversion of one of the Lotus games for PC, this time it's Lotus III: The Ultimate Challenge. The game features 4 music tracks, one specifically composed for the Genesis version.

Just like in previous installments of the series, Lotus II R.E.C.S. allows players to choose from 3 Lotus sports cars - Lotus Espirit, Elan SE, and Lotus M200, which was a concept car at the time, and participate in exciting races on various tracks.

R.E.C.S.

R.E.C.S. gives players the ability to choose from 13 different environments and change multiple variables on the track, such as adding obstacles, hills, turns, turn sharpness, and choosing weather and time of day.

Variable Track Conditions

The game features a day-night cycle system and various weather conditions. We can race in snow, rain, full sun, storm, or fog.
